FULL-TIME POSITIONS
MANAGER OF CUSTOMER SUCCESS
The CardSnacks Manager of Customer Success will be involved with various efforts related to the development of CardSnacks both for consumers and businesses. The Manager of Customer Success will be responsible for providing account management for existing customers and for managing inbound inquiries from new, potential customers. Additionally, they will analyze usage data to optimize the products. The Manager of Customer Success will work cross-functionally, interfacing with the engineering, design, sales, and other departments across the company. They will also develop programs to improve engagement with existing customers. Due to the dynamic and quickly growing nature of the company, the Manager of Customer Success will gain experience in almost all aspects of the business and will be able to make a substantial and immediate impact on CardSnacks' operations. It is an ideal job for someone who wants to experience life in a fast-growing internet company and aspires to build a career in the internet industry. Specific duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing account management, support, and recommendations to CardSnacks for Business customers and potential customers
- Providing customer assistance to CardSnacks consumer customers
- Assisting the sales efforts related to CardSnacks for Business
- Analyzing marketing data and product usage data
- Assist with QA review of new features
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
- 1-3 years experience working in a customer-facing business
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Sales, Designers, etc.).
- Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong presentation skills. Proficiency with presentation tools (Powerpoint, Keynote, etc.)
- High comfort level with web, app, and phone technology
- Experience with analytics platforms like Adjust, Mixpanel, and Google Analytics a definite plus
- Experience in social media, email marketing, and/or public relations a definite plus
- Experience with online marketing platforms such as Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok also a plus
- Ability to work remotely

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
The CardSnacks Business Development Manager will be involved with various efforts related to the development of CardSnacks both for consumers and businesses. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business and partnerships with other companies to expand the reach of the CardSnacks BtoB and consumer platforms. They will also be responsible for providing account management for existing customers and generating new business from those customers. Additionally, they will analyze usage data to optimize the products. The Business Development Manager will work cross-functionally, interfacing with the engineering, design, sales, and other departments across the company. Due to the dynamic and quickly growing nature of the company, the Business Development Manager will gain experience in almost all aspects of the business and will be able to make a substantial and immediate impact on its operations and success. Specific duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Developing and negotiating partnerships with other companies
- Assisting the sales efforts related to CardSnacks Business
- Providing account management, support, and recommendations to CardSnacks Business customers
- Analyzing marketing data and product usage data to optimize product delivery
Requirements

The Marketing Director will manage all messaging and marketing campaigns for the CardSnacks consumer and business-to-business offerings. They will also develop programs to improve engagement with existing customers. Due to the dynamic and quickly growing nature of the company, the Marketing Director will also gain experience in almost all aspects of the business and will be able to make a substantial and immediate impact on its operations and success. Specific duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Developing, managing, and analyzing online advertising, marketing, and promotional campaigns
- Overseeing all social media marketing and influencer marketing
- Developing collateral materials to support sales efforts
- Managing all customer-facing websites
- Analyzing customer usage data
Requirements
The Marketing Director should be comfortable – and be able to thrive – in a dynamic business environment, taking on new responsibilities as the business may dictate. In addition, the candidate must have a strong work ethic, super-positive attitude, and be a proactive self-starter, ready to jump in to support any area of the company. Specific functional requirements include:
- Work experience in a consumer Internet-based business. Experience in business-to-business marketing is also a definite plus.
- Experience managing campaigns on all leading online advertising networks including Apple SearchAds, Facebook, and GoogleAds
- Familiarity with search engine optimization, content marketing, and public relations
- Experience in social media, email marketing, and influencer marketing
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms including TikTok, Snap, LinkedIn, and Instagram Stories

The CardSnacks Business Product Manager will manage all efforts related to marketing to, selling to, servicing, and retaining CardSnacks B2B Customers. The Product Manager will also be responsible for the product development of features on the CardSnacks platform that will benefit B2B users, and analyzing usage data to optimize the products. The Product Manager will work cross-functionally, interfacing with the engineering, design, sales, and other departments across the company. Due to the dynamic and quickly growing nature of the company, the Product Manager will gain experience in almost all aspects of the business and will be able to make a substantial and immediate impact on its operations and success. Specific duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing the marketing of CardSnacks to B2B customers
- Overseeing the development of new features geared towards business customers
- Assisting the sales efforts related to CardSnacks Business
- Providing support and recommendations to CardSnacks Business customers
- Analyzing marketing data and product usage data to optimize product delivey
Requirements:
The Product Manager should be comfortable – and be able to thrive – in a dynamic business environment, taking on new responsibilities as the business may dictate. In addition, the candidate must have a strong work ethic, super-positive attitude, an innate customer-focus, and be a proactive self-starter, ready to jump in to support any area of the company. Specific functional requirements include:
- 1-3 years experience servicing business customers. Experience in business-to-business marketing is also a definite plus.
- Experience managing elements of the product development lifecycle such as product vision, go-to-market strategy, driving requirements, QA testing, and product launch.

INTERNSHIPS
ANALYTICS INTERN
Description
The Analytics Intern will analyze data related to users of the CardSnacks app and the CardSnacks for Business product. The Intern will analyze data in a mySQL database, as well as data in Mixpanel and other data sources. A knowledge of SQL is required, and a strong comfort level with Excel. Google Sheets, R and other statistical tools. Projects may include analyzing:
- subscriber data to understand lifetime value of subscribers
- gift card transaction data to understand value of gift card purchasers
- clickstream behavior on website to figure out how to maximize conversion
- user behavioral data in app to determine how to maximize engagement
- advertising data to determine most effective channels for customer acquisition
Requirements
- strong analytic skills
- high comfort level with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)

MARKETING INTERN
The Marketing Intern will assist the marketing and customer service teams to manage messaging and marketing campaigns as well as improve engagement with customers. Due to the dynamic and quickly growing nature of the company, the Marketing Intern will gain experience in almost all aspects of the business and be able to make a substantial and immediate impact on its operations and success. Specific duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Managing and analyzing online advertising and other marketing campaigns, including on social media
- Providing sales support, including lead management and potentially lead generation
- Providing customer service and support
- Analyzing customer usage data
The company is flexible on timing of the internship — this could be a summer-only internship, or the candidate may be also able to work during the school year.

ANIMATION INTERN
The Animation Intern will be responsible for created original animated gifs or short videos that can be used in the CardSnacks app. Interns will be given general topics (e.g. Mother's Day) and be asked to first sketch out some ideas. Once approved, the intern will go ahead and create the actual animation. Once completed, the animation will then be placed live in the CardSnacks app for the whole world to see and use! Animation Interns will gain first-hand experience working in a fast-paced consumer tech company.
Requirements
The Animation Intern should be creative and able to continuously develop original, fun ideas for greeting cards. They need to demonstrate strong artistic sensibilities, robust technical skills, and a strong work ethic. They should be passionate about learning what it takes to be a successful animator.
Other requirements:
- Proficiency in animation tools such as Photoshop, Flash, Maya, After Effects (experience in 3D animation is a plus)
- Excellent drawing skills
- Experience creating animated gifs
- Outstanding time management skills, and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Passion for the animation industry
